How It Works
From Your Vision to Your Celebration
1. Tell Us About Your Event
Share your event date, location, type of celebration, guest count, colors, theme, and the services you're interested in.
2. Consultation & Planning
We'll discuss your vision, priorities, budget, and the level of planning or decorating support you need.
3. Design & Preparation
Once booked, we'll work on the details, rentals, décor, timeline, and other services included in your selected package.
4. Celebrate
We'll bring the agreed-upon details together so you can focus on enjoying your special occasion.
Ready to start planning?
Consultations
Event consultations are $75. The consultation fee may be credited toward your service when you book within 7 days.
Booking & Retainer
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Final Payment
The remaining balance for event planning and decorating services is due 14 days before your event. Bookings made within 14 days may require payment in full.
Changes & Custom Services
Pricing may vary based on event size, location, design complexity, rentals, décor selections, setup requirements, and other custom requests.
Additional Services
Delivery, setup/breakdown, rentals, personalized treats and favors, and other services may be added depending on your event needs.
