Provide your event date, occasion, theme, colors, and the treats or favors you're interested in.

2. Choose Your Treats
Select individual treat options or one of our personalized treat packages.

3. Customize Your Design
We'll create a coordinated design based on your theme, colors, wording, and other agreed-upon details.

4. Production & Preparation
Once your design and order details are approved, your personalized items will be prepared for your celebration.

Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Orders placed within 14 days may require payment in full.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to availability and approval. Rush fees may apply, starting at $75.

Custom Orders
Because personalized items are created specifically for your event, custom items are non-refundable once production begins.
